Great location in the middle of the action in Times Square. The street in front of the hotel is crazy and our driver had trouble even finding a place to drop us off. The Bellman was too busy flirting with a girl to help with our bags, which was frustrating. But once we waded through the human sea and made it inside, everything was great. The room was quiet and large for New York. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to stay in a 1 bedroom suite that was large enough for all 5 of us (2 Double Beds and a queen sleeper sofa).  The Concierge was helpful, and arranged for Broadway tickets. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times. The food was fine.  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.  We paid $430 per night.
