The resort’s official address is Km 72 on Carretera Cancún–Chetumal in Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo. It is south of Cancún and should not be confused with Hard Rock Hotel Cancun in the Hotel Zone.

Category names are not enough. Before payment, confirm the exact maximum occupancy, ages entered on the reservation, bed count, bathroom arrangement, connecting-door status, balcony or terrace layout, crib or rollaway availability and distance from priority facilities. Keep written confirmation. Two separately booked rooms should never be treated as guaranteed connecting accommodation unless the seller explicitly confirms it.
Heaven has different inventory and occupancy rules, many aimed at adults. A room visible in a general search result may therefore be irrelevant to a family booking.
What all-inclusive covers—and what may cost extra
The resort FAQ currently describes accommodation, casual and à la carte dining, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, 24-hour room service, selected land sports, fitness facilities, pool and beach service, daily activities, nightly entertainment, Wi-Fi, parking and gratuities as part of the all-inclusive offering.

Ask the resort about accessible room features, step-free routes, pool or beach access, internal transportation, elevator locations and realistic distances from the proposed room category. “Accessible resort” is too broad; the useful answer is whether the exact daily route works for the least-mobile traveler.
